Refund Policy

Accessories & Lighting

A refund or exchange will be offered if an item is returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition, and unused with full packaging.

The original delivery charge will only be refunded if an item is faulty or damaged. For reasons of hygiene, some items are non-returnable.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Furnishing Packages and Refurbishment Jobs

As these items are generally ordered to a customer’s specification, refunds will only be made where an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
